I am a certified personal trainer with a background in martial arts. I have been in the martial arts industry for more than 25 years. I am Jeet Kune Do Certified by Octavio Quintero who is certified by Jerry Poteet (original Bruce Lee closed-door student). I have been studying Southern Shaolin Gung Fu for two decades and have extensive training in Boxing. I want to help you reach your health and fitness goals.
